Thirty-six years. Four desks. One method.
Bradley started on the floor of the Sydney Futures Exchange in the late 1980s. Over the next three decades he ran institutional FX desks, managed risk across multiple asset classes, and trained dozens of traders who went on to run their own books.
In 2009 he founded Traders4Traders — a company built on a simple observation: the gap between retail traders and institutional desks isn't talent, it's methodology, accountability, and the right tools.
Today the firm operates the Game Changer Trading Ecosystem, two mentoring programs (Maximum Alpha and Junior Program), and a funding evaluation pipeline that puts real capital behind proven traders.
