Risk disclosure
Trading carries risk. This page sets out plainly what that means for the products we provide, and what we do and do not promise.

1Trading carries a high level of risk
Trading foreign exchange, contracts for difference and other derivatives carries a high level of risk to your capital. These products are leveraged, which means losses can exceed the amount you initially deposited. They are not suitable for every investor.
Most retail traders lose money. That is the base rate across the industry and it is not altered by education, tools or software — including ours. You should never trade with money you cannot afford to lose, and never with money you rely on for living expenses, housing or retirement.
Before trading you should carefully consider your objectives, your level of experience and your appetite for risk. If you are in any doubt, seek advice from an independent licensed financial adviser.
2We do not provide personal advice
Everything Traders4Traders publishes — courses, market analysis, signals, software output, live sessions and written commentary — is general information only. It does not take into account your personal objectives, financial situation or needs.
Nothing we provide constitutes personal financial product advice, a recommendation to acquire or dispose of any financial product, or an offer to trade on your behalf. You are solely responsible for every trading decision you make.
3Signals, analysis and market commentary
Live Signals, market updates, live sessions and analysis describe what our trading desk is observing or acting on. They are informational. They are not recommendations, and they are not predictions.
A signal our desk acts on may not suit your account size, risk tolerance, broker, execution or timing. Signals may be delayed, may not be received, and may prove unprofitable. You should not act on any signal without understanding the reasoning and satisfying yourself that it is appropriate for you.
4Prime Time Pro and automated trading
Prime Time Pro is software you install and operate on your own MetaTrader 5 account with your own broker. It can open and close positions automatically according to parameters you configure.
Automated trading carries risk in addition to the risks of manual trading. Software can execute more trades, more quickly, than a person would, and can accumulate losses faster. It may behave unexpectedly in illiquid or fast-moving markets, during news events, or where connectivity, platform or broker conditions differ from those anticipated.
You are responsible for the parameters you apply, for monitoring your account, and for disabling the software if you no longer wish it to trade. You can switch it off at any time from your platform. Traders4Traders does not operate the software on your behalf, does not hold your funds, and does not have discretion over your account.
No software identifies every opportunity, avoids every loss, or performs consistently across all market conditions. Prime Time Pro identifies conditions defined by our method. It does not predict outcomes.
5Evaluation accounts
A funding evaluation is a simulated trading environment used to build and demonstrate trading performance. It is not a live trading account and does not involve your own capital being placed at market.
To progress from an evaluation to a funded account you must reach a 10% profit target while remaining within a 7.5% maximum loss limit, a 2.5% daily loss limit and a 2.5% maximum open risk. There is no time limit on reaching the target. Most participants do not reach it.
Breaching any limit ends the evaluation. A reset costs $200 and restarts it on the same terms. Reaching the profit target is not guaranteed and nothing in our materials should be read as a representation that you will be funded.
Once an account is funded the profit split is 75% to the trader. Payout terms, frequency and minimum amounts are set out in our terms of service.
6Fees
Evaluation fees are one-time and charged per account size. Reset fees of $200 apply when a limit is breached and are payable before an evaluation can restart. Reset fees are contingent — you incur them only if you breach a limit, and they may recur if you breach again.
Subscription fees are charged monthly or annually in advance. Program fees are charged as a single payment or in instalments as selected at enrolment. All prices are in Australian dollars unless stated otherwise.
7Subscriptions, trials and renewals
Subscription plans renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your profile page and access continues until the end of the period you have paid for.
The 14-day trial on the Game-Changer plan requires card details at signup. You are not charged during the trial. Unless you cancel before it ends, billing commences on the fifteenth day at the plan price displayed at signup. We send a reminder three days before the first charge.
Trading programs run for twelve months and may be renewed at $3,500 per year. Renewal is not automatic unless separately agreed at enrolment.
8Past performance, testimonials and the leaderboard
Past performance is not indicative of future results. This applies to our own trading history, to results shown in courses or sessions, and to any figure published anywhere on our site or in our materials.
Testimonials describe the experience of individual traders. They are not typical, they are not a guarantee, and results vary substantially between individuals.
The leaderboard displays trader results normalised to a common notional account size for comparison. Normalised figures do not represent actual dollar returns achieved by any individual, do not account for every cost, and are historical. They are not a prediction of what any trader will achieve.
Where we describe potential returns in dollar terms, those figures illustrate the arithmetic of position sizing on a given account — for example, a 1% move on a $1,000,000 account. They are not forecasts of your results and should not be relied on as such.
9No guarantee of outcome
We make no representation and give no guarantee that you will become a profitable trader, that you will pass an evaluation, that you will be funded, that you will receive a payout, or that you will achieve any particular financial result.
Our programs, tools and education teach a method and support its application. Whether that produces a result for you depends on factors outside our control, including your decisions, your discipline, your capital, your circumstances and market conditions.
10Your responsibilities
You are responsible for determining whether our products are appropriate for you, for the trading decisions you make, for the parameters you configure in any software we supply, and for complying with the laws and tax obligations that apply where you live.
If you are retired, approaching retirement, or would be trading with capital you rely on, we strongly encourage you to speak with a licensed financial adviser before committing any funds.
If trading is causing you financial difficulty or distress, stop and seek support. Australian residents can contact the National Debt Helpline on 1800 007 007, or Lifeline on 13 11 14.
